IntelBrief (“IntelBrief,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a competitive intelligence service operated by Caden Fenn, an individual doing business as IntelBrief, based in Utah, USA. By accessing or using IntelBrief at intel-brief.com (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
IntelBrief is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product that monitors publicly accessible web pages — including pricing, features, homepage, blog, and careers pages — on behalf of subscribers, and uses AI to generate competitive intelligence reports, battlecards, and summaries based on that publicly available information.
IntelBrief only accesses pages that are publicly reachable without authentication. We do not bypass login walls, scrape personal data, or circumvent technical access controls.
Reports, summaries, battlecards, intelligence chat responses, and all other AI-generated content produced by IntelBrief are created by artificial intelligence models and may contain errors, omissions, hallucinations, or outdated information.
IntelBrief does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated output. You are solely responsible for independently verifying any information before relying on it for business, legal, financial, or strategic decisions. IntelBrief is a research aid — not a substitute for your own due diligence.
IntelBrief is offered on a monthly subscription basis at the price displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
You may cancel at any time by contacting us at support@intelbrief.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

The IntelBrief platform, its design, code, and branding are owned by IntelBrief and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any competitor URLs or custom configuration you provide. You grant IntelBrief a license to use that input solely to deliver the Service to you.
AI-generated reports and outputs delivered to you may be used for your internal business purposes. You may not resell or publicly redistribute IntelBrief outputs as a commercial data product.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR COMPETITOR WEBSITE WILL BE SUCCESSFULLY SCRAPED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTELBRIEF AND ITS OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO INTELBRIEF IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
IntelBrief relies on third-party infrastructure including Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery), Firecrawl (web scraping), and Anthropic (AI). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of these third-party services. Your use of IntelBrief is subject to the respective terms of these providers.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with reasonable notice where practicable. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us to delete your data. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the dashboard. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Utah.
